empowering small businesses to thrive

the firm

We get it. Being a small business owner or entrepreneur can be tough. You are pulled in many different directions and often don’t know where to begin, especially when it comes to legal counsel. At Grassotti Law, we understand the pressures of owning a small business and strive to alleviate them by providing you with practical legal advice and quality work product that you can rely on. Ultimately, we endeavor to provide you with the tools to empower your business to thrive.

our philosophy

We subscribe to the old adage, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” One of the most common mistakes we see is clients who ignore potential legal issues or wait too long to seek legal advice. By addressing your legal needs as they arise, you can save yourself and your business huge headaches (not to mention expenses) down the road. For example, tightly worded contracts can protect your business from stepping into a landmine of costly liability.

employment counseling & defense

When an employee issue arises, we will counsel you on how to strategically to resolve the matter to avoid potentially costly litigation. If your business is faced with an employee claim before an administrative agency, we are experienced in defending against such claims. When the circumstances warrant, we are also equipped to serve as independent investigators. Our employment services span a wide range of areas, such as:
