FAQs

What if I am unsure about the services I need?
Many clients come to us unsure about the services they need. During your free initial consultation, we will listen to your concerns and gather the information necessary to develop a recommendation for legal services.

Do you represent individuals?
Absolutely. Many entrepreneurs and business professionals rely upon us for things like drafting consulting contracts, reviewing and interpreting noncompetition agreements and negotiating severance packages.

Do we need to meet in-person?
We are happy to meet with you in person, but it is not required. We regularly accommodate requests to work by phone and email.

How long will the work take to complete?
The time frame to complete the work will depend on what services you need. Rest assured that we are sensitive to your time constraints and will do our best to accommodate any deadlines you may require of us.

Are clients billed on a flat fee, an hourly basis or by some other arrangement?
Most of our services can be done for a flat fee. However, some services, such as internal investigations and defense of administrative claims, require hourly billing arrangements. All of our fees and terms will be clearly stated in our initial retainer letter, before work begins.

What form(s) of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks and all major credit cards.
